E-mail: Sallie Wilson Dear Reader Thank you for expressing an interest in sponsoring the 2008 Kimpton Horse Show. The aim of the show is not only for all the competitors & followers to have an enjoyable day, but also to raise money for the local Organisations & Charities in the surrounding areas. Last year we donated £3000. I have attached last years schedule, where you will see how the advertisements & sponsors are displayed. I have detailed all the costs below and would be only too pleased to discuss them in further detail. As a Class Sponsor, for a minimum donation of £40.00 1) Your name, or company name will be placed on the tails of all Rosettes awarded in that particular class. 2) I would also like to offer you the opportunity to advertise your company around the show ground or in the bar, just supply me with leaflets; flyers or banners and I will ensure that they are displayed. 3) There will be an announcement on the Public Address System as the class starts stating who is sponsoring that particular class. 4) The class that you sponsor will be named after you or your Company. i.e G.J.W. TITMUSS LIMITED MOUNTAIN & MOORLAND If you wish to place an advert in the schedule, we would require your artwork by early April, as we would like to print the schedule early May. We will be distributing 1,500 copies throughout Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire as early as May to enable us to get the best possible entries on the day. Advertising on the day would also be invited. We will endeavour to reproduce your advert as closely as possible.
